KONFORT PRODUCTION AND QUALITY CERTIFIED

ISO TS 16949 SYSTEM QUALITY

The new KONFORT range is the result of TEXA’s attention and research on materials, new technology and automated production procedures which have resulted in the company acquiring the ISO TS 16949 certification.

Constant quality control and attention to detail is used during all the production phases, from the selection of components, the assembly procedure to aftersales support.

The KONFORT units are fully checked and inspected once they come off the assembly line, with specific checks on the electronics, the calibration of the pressure transducers, scales and sensors. This procedure ensures that all the unit’s functions operate accurately.

The final test is carried out in a sealed area, where helium is injected into the KONFORT tank and the unit’s hydraulic system.

The new KONFORT units adhere to European CE/PED safety requirements as well as standard American requirements regarding refrigerant purity (SAE J2099 for R134a and R1234yf) and minimum recovery efficiency of at least 95% of R134a (SAE J2788) and R1234yf (SAE J2843). Even the production line has been certified by TÜV based on the specifications of the manufacturers.

FORMING GAS: TEXA’s SOLUTIONS FOR DETECTING LEAKS IN A/C SYSTEMS

The Forming Gas Kit is composed of three elements:

- the Forming Gas cart TTF 700 offers a complete and independent solution for leak detection. It is equipped with all the necessary tools to operate on A/C systems that use any type of refrigerant;

- the Forming Gas case, included in the purchase of the Forming Gas cart TTF 700 as part of its instrumentation, it can also be purchased separately to support the KONFORT A/C recharge stations (760R, 760R BUS, 770S, 780R and 744) in the leak detection;

- the H2 Detect Sniffer detects any hydrogen in the air with precision, allowing you to detect the leak location.
